Adds a new test case with a full Smart Immunization's IG

Description
New Test case that loads the Smart Immunization's clean-up branch as an IG in the engine and runs a Measles plan definition.

How to update this PR:

1. Clone the clean-up branch of https://github.com/WorldHealthOrganization/smart-immunizations
2. Install ruby, sushi and jekyll
3. Run ./_genonce.sh
4. copy the json files to the SDK: cp ./output/*.json into android-fhir/workflow/sampledata/smart-imm/ig/
5. update the test cases in android-fhir/workflow/sampledata/smart-imm/tests/ with the latest from the IG.
6. Run the SmartImmunizationTest
