This should be a list of "quote objects" in /data.

Two reasons for this:

  1. We should eat our own dog food
  2. Building the docs is an important CI test, so we should strive to use the core Hugo features.

docs: Limit the quotes on front page to the last two years

We should get some new ones in there.

Also shuffle the order. This also means no merging into 0.15-docs ...

Which also means we should get a release out there ... soon!
