Interim build of new Snes9x Rerecording.

  • Using this emulator for TASing is not recommended (Use more accurate and stable emulator/version)
    • However, Snes9x Rerecording is sometimes good for a quick research
  • The 32-bit executable is MBCS-based, and the 64-bit executable is Unicode-based

  • Lua: Add memory hook handler for DMA read
