The test code calls a simple rest endpoint /test that throws a ResponseStatusException(HttpStatus.BAD_REQUEST, "error") -- with an error message in the response body.

Expected behavior: that error message can be read as clientException.getResponseBodyAsString(); after calling restTemplate.exchange()
