This PR changes the amount of data needed per test. Before changes, one sample tests required 50 data points across the board. One way tests required 100. After changes, the minimum sample size needed is test specific.
Also changed how beta parameters are estimated.
Also fixed a edge cases in empirical quartile one way test.
