Not able to open contacts chat after searching it from saved searches #2228

Issue reported by Nayi Disha.
They are not able to open the chat of contact by clicking on the messages after the saved searches.

Steps to replicate

log in to Nayi Disha
Form save search and select Counsellor Queries
From the result click on any messages, it will not open the chat of the contact.
Also, Switching with in results contact messages are not happening
