Credentials need to be saved twice to show up in Glific

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to settings
2. Save credentials for GCS
3. It does not get saved the first time
4. Saved it one more time
5. It gets saved then

Expected behavior
It should save the credentials the first time

@mdshamoon I think this might be a front end bug. I'm looking at the graphql payload (u can see it in the backend logging) and its empty the first time, but filled the second time. We can chat in the morning and fix it

Thanks @dlobo I checked and it is indeed a frontend bug where we don't send the right payload while creating the credentials. Will fix it soon
