Microsoft Security DevOps (MSDO) sends telemetry information to Application Insights and/or Azure Data Explorer for service health monitoring.

  • Events are correlated together with a session id
  • Start/Stop events per action (e.g. install, analyze, convert, import, break)
    • Configuration options
      • Paths may be included
      • Files and/or content are not included
    • Time metrics
  • Exception data
    • Exception type
    • Exception message
