metadata development - formats and machinery for GITenberg
these tools were added as namespaced package gitenberg.metadata but are now being merged into "gitberg"; new development will be managed there: https://github.com/gitenberg-dev/gitberg , and new version of metadata package will not be distributed separately enless a clear need emerges.
