Use the program located at /cpp/main.exe. This is a small CLI program that allows you to perform all of the things that the DLL can do. You can unpack and pack .ucas/.utoc/.pak files. The castoc_x64.dll file is also required to run the program. Now supports creating a Manifest file for encrypted files.

CMD Program to pack/unpack .ucas and .utoc files

This castoc.exe program can unpack the game files and it can also pack game files to a mod. The tool itself is a command line tool and must be run using the Windows cmd. Help on how to use the tool is provided within the tool itself, just run it. This tool is by no means finished and might contain errors. If you have trouble using this tool, contact me on Discord!
