Bugs I might try to follow up on (to put together a formal report, if not try to squash):

Off the top of my head, the one that seemed legitimate (not a quirk) involved multi-pass shaders... I seem to recall somehow that non-standard uvs, probably with sprites, would get messed up on the second (and presumably later) pass.

For that matter, HTML5 builds were giving me weirdness with my postprocessing examples on a select few shaders. I don't know the environment here at all, though.

Also, preferences and booleans don't seem to mix.
