I just followed this chain and ended up at an /issues/ url when I wanted to look at a feedback item (shared platform, so i did see the correct content, but in a different page)

Steps:

  1. Get a notification in slack & click on the alert name
    • Image
  2. Get taken to an Alerts page, like https://sentry.sentry.io/alerts/rules/javascript/14756941/details/
  3. Click on an "Issue" inside the alert
    • Image

Notice that the Alerts page has labels like "issue" all over the place
Also notice that the link (3 in the above screen shot) takes you to /issues/ directly.

on the alerts page, if it's a feedback issue, link it to the feedback
index rather than the issues page
