chore(Apple): Show Profiling only on supported platforms' landing pages

DESCRIBE YOUR PR

Ensures that Profiling (feature description, feature selector, config snippet) is only shown on supported platforms (iOS, macOS). Also fixes a small glitch with incorrect line highlights in snippets.

This PR is based on the changes in #12191, so we should get the other one merged first.
