Fixed setting marker icon in OSM

Why is this the best possible solution? Were any other approaches considered?

It looks like the map in OSM needs to be invalidated programmatically. This is what we do in a few other places as well.

How does this change affect users? Describe intentional changes to behavior and behavior that could have accidentally been affected by code changes. In other words, what are the regression risks?

This is a small fix that forces the map to be invalidated after setting the marker icon so you can focus on testing markers (how their icons are set).

• selecting/deselecting points in a form map and select one from map forms
• Google maps, Mapbox, OSM

• quick regression checks in geo widgets
