Reference release for fork. Drag Plugins from desired .7z into your project root.

Use UnrealEnginePython-v1.2.0-UE4.17.7z if you want a drag and drop ready release which includes everything.

Use BinariesOnly-Pythonv3.5-Pluginv1.2.0-UE4.17.7z dependency .7z if you're using git clone. This zip only contains the embedded python dependencies for the plugin.
