Improve the way group names are visualized in user settings

Description

currently long names are truncated with ellipsis and it would be useful to be able to see the entire name

Possible solutions could be:

• Put tooltip on each item on the list to see the entire name
• Simply remove ellipsis and manage the UI accordingly
