Make the color-tip more adjustable/customizable.
Removed a comment I accidentally duplicated
Moving the `COLOR_TIP_TEMPLATE` macros to the header file
Moving the `COLOR_TIP_TEMPLATE` macros to the header file
Add a brief explanation and description of the macro that can be used for the color-calltip. Someday, I hope to add settings that are adjustable in the autogen.sh file.

I improved the color-calltip macros and described its use in the "README" file.
Someday, I hope to add adjustable settings for this that are accessible in the autogen.sh file.
