Update:
compel (0.1.7 -> 1.1.5)
diffusers (0.13.1 -> 0.16.1)
safetensors (0.2.8 -> 0.3.1)
Update required packages that exists in NixOS but may be outdated.
Main intention of this overlay is running InvokeAI on any NixOS version.

Hi @toyo-chi 👋 . Thanks for the PR ! I'll try to review and check it in the next few days. It might get tricky because I moved to a different place and don't have my desktop PC with me yet. Nevertheless, I hope that I'll be able to build and test it on my laptop.

I've done basic testing of both InvokeAI and Webui with this PR. I was only able to run cpu versions of models because my laptop has only weak cpu-embedded AMD GPU. Fresh start also revealed some gaps in current README's instructions. I'll update it and then new release can be cut. I plan to look into 3.1 update afterwards.
