Final release

This is the final EPQ version of NoteVelocity. It is available as source code if it needs to be installed on Mac OS X or Linux, or as a 32-bit or 64-bit installer for Windows.

Installation

The following instructions assume you intend to install this on Windows.

1. Download a .zip file of the version you require. If you do not know whether you need a 32-bit or 64-bit version, choose the 32-bit version - NoteVelocity_Windows_32-bit.zip
2. Extract the .zip file to a folder of your choice - preferably an easily accessible one.
3. In the extracted folder there will be a lot of files you will probably not recognise. Double click on the one called "NoteVelocity.exe" to run it. Leave it in its current location.
4. There is a user guide located in the "notes" directory in the .zip file. Open it in NoteVelocity to view it.

Only some slight updates and bugfixes from 0.3, but this is the version I'm sending out for initial user testing.

Rewrites have been added to NoteVelocity!

This means that by pressing Control-Shift-R, you can rewrite your note while still viewing the old one next to it. The rewrite will automatically be saved with the original note.

NoteVelocity now has tabs!
They need some more work, and I'll be doing that in dev. For now, make sure you save tabs before closing them.
