This PR adds a `Link::SetLinearVelocity()` method. I forsee this method being useful for testing behaviour of systems like the hydrodynamics or liftDrag plugin which are dependent on velocity for their output forces. Signed-off-by: Arjo Chakravarty <[email protected]>
