Problem: Any option changed from the default No to Yes under the Advanced settings > Do you want to tweak SAM/BAM Options? Yes will cause the job to fail very quickly with this message:
cannot find 'sam' while searching for 'analysis_type.sam_options.sam'
Main is pending an update. It is still at version 2.3.2.2 (which does not present with this problem). Tracked here: galaxyproject/usegalaxy-playbook#81
