Hide in the tool panel, but leave installed? Or just uninstall?

Done first way, older workflows can still use them. But do we want that?

Some do work. But some have issues that trigger errors that will never be fixed and these get a few bug reports/biostar posts sent in per day and our current training materials do not make use of them (instead use alternatives, such as Freebayes + support tools in Picard, etc).
