  1. Look at assemblies list
  2. Look up assemblies to get the distinct set of organisms
  3. Build the organism list rolling up by species (so strains are on the same row)
  4. Add a strains column to organism list with an ntag
  5. Build the assembly list
  6. Build organism assembly lists etc.
