fix(quoteSummary): sellingGeneralAdministrative (fixes #258)

IncomeStatementHistoryElement > sellingGeneralAdministrative
Previously allowed type "number" only, but now accepts null too.

As noted in symbol "CMCOM.AS" (test added)
