主要是后端任务，需要注意：

编号绝对不可以重复
编号可以按报名时间递增
编号通过某个单独的接口获取

（可选：抽奖器，工作量稍大）

返回编号的同时返回是否中奖
管理页面中可直接进入活动抽奖页面，可以参考 https://github.com/fyscu/rand.fyscu.com
后端提供抽奖接口，在所有抽奖号中随机选取一个，标记为已中奖

小程序端需要增加：

活动页在外面显示活动图片、活动名称、活动开始时间
点进去后显示各种属性
