This updates unoproj and unoconfig files to use the new lowerCamelCase property names added in Uno 3.0. This makes the files look more like similar files found in the Node.js ecosystem (package.json, tsconfig.json, etc) and modern .NET, and this is a nice benefit in my opinion.
