This makes 'uno test' fail when tests fail again and fixes the regression introduced by 1bf82b6 in fuse-open#322.

This PR is about restructuring the C# code-base and cleaning up packaging.
Notably, all binaries now go directly into
bin/instead of being loaded via wrapper, and fixes some issues related to Fuse Studio.Other notes:
