The previous language might leave readers thinking that gamma is directly the value from table A. I now changed the equation in the documentation to include the further transformation we do to translate the values from the table (impact for a doubling of CO2 concentrations) into the parameter we need in the equation. The updated equation in the docs now looks like this:
