To perform geometry search such as finding of points where are located within 100 meters from (x, y) coordinate, it is beneficial to obtain a set of geohash around the coordinate.
neighbors is a set of 8 geohashes next to certain geohash; north, south, west, east, northwest, southwest, northeast and northwest.
