Solution: make sure you freed up the directory used in the launch command's --listen-connection part. For example, for
```
--listen-connection tab.tcp://localhost:7484,tab.domain:///tmp/LD/domain/.s.PGSQL.7484
```
delete /tmp/LD:
```
rm -rf /tmp/LD
```
