Connect Microsoft Office 365 Exchange to FreeScout

In order to use Microsoft Office 365 Exchange email with FreeScout you need to create an App Password in the Microsoft Office 365.

1. Set up multi-factor authentication

To enable multi-factor authentication on a per-user basis, as admin go to multi-factor authentication settings. To enable multi-factor authentication for all users follow these instructions.
