Hi,
We've discovered new bug in Freescout. When you try to start a new conversation from the sent email with attachments, they are shown as attached to email in editor, but a second later they disappear in email preview (also in outgoing email). Thanks in advance for fixing it.

Fixed in the master branch and will be published in the next release.
