Recent user feedback mention not being able to search for content due to not having links from the main bootstrap page neither bookmarks on the Fred UI.
In this PR I'm re-instating the bookmarks (except uncensored indexes and out-dated ones). Adding a link to The Filtered Index from the bootstrap page as well.
