Fix wrong date in changelog, since May 27th, 2024 fell on Monday.
Do not build a debug info package, since we've seen build failures in Fedora 41. Also, we don't actually build PySide6, we only repackage it from PyPI, so RPM cannot detect any debug info. Closes #8
