Customized Features and better OctoPrint support

- Set LEVELING_NOZZLE_TEMP to 200
- Set LEVELING_BED_TEMP to 65
- Set initial extruder steps to 460
- Set initial nozzel z offset to -1
- Set PLA PREHEAT_1_TEMP_BED to 65
- Add ABS PREHEAT temperatures
- Disabled FAN_SOFT_PWM
- Disabled SDSUPPORT
- Disabled SD_CHECK_AND_RETRY
- Enabled SERVO_DETACH_GCODE
- Enabled SHOW_REMAINING_TIME
