There's a main tag which keeps on coming back:

Not sure if it's created in the pipelines or where. I've deleted it already a few times manually.

Looks like the main tag is added by the publish pipelines

Closed with #346. The underlying issue was that I selected the "main" branch for the workflow, and I should have selected a tag. Now only selecting tags (which start with "v") is allowed in the release pipeline.
