feat(fm): ils freq/ident on arrival page

Summary of Changes

Show the ILS ident and frequency for ILS approaches on the arrivals pages.

Note: Some 3rd party airports break the link between the ILS in the navdata and the runway.. in that case the ILS details will not be shown on the departure or arrivals pages. (fix for the scenery devs https://docs.flightsimulator.com/html/Content_Configuration/Environment/Airports_And_Facilities/Runway_Definition_Properties.htm#h8)

Check that the ILS frequency and ident show on ILS approaches and not on any other types.
