Updating labels on Readme

It looks like i misconfigured "License" readme labels, it should be fixed now :)

Kaliop v4 welcomed

Basically, i lowered requirements.
Based on what i do to get migrations, it appears that it was also available in kaliopEzMigration v4.
So here it is ^^

With those, we now check user rights on display !

Even if this is "just" a new admin interface, i thought it would be nice to test it :)
I also added Travis support in order to comply with code formatting and prepare automation!

PS: not sure if this is the "best" way for current test implementation but at least it work ^^
