Build for ARM64 (aarch64)

Nowadays we have Asahi Linux for Apple silicon devices, so this would be really helpful.

In 2e7204e the build was changed to be limited to x86_64 only...

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be working...

Looks more like flatpak/flatpak#5452
