Define a new name for the tool in order to avoid future conflicts/errors with naming

The new name is FLAMA.

in pypi we can call it : flamapy because flama is taken. Same applies for github organization.

I'm reopening it so we close it when the transition to the new naming is done.

Some small steps already have been taken. We already own the flamapy organization and the repos for the github pages have been created. See https://flamapy.github.io/docs/
