Integrate workflow with Fission as an environment #36

Additionally this PR adds some other smaller things:

It adds a temporary utility cli tool wfparser that is capable of parsing YAML workflow definitions to the JSON format.
Documentation has been updated.
Examples now contain the yaml equivalent, which is generated by the hack/codegen-wfparser.sh

Updated wfparser to prettyprint the json
