wfcliwith the Fission CLI plugins introduced in fission/fission#743Changes:
wfclitofission-workflowsto ensure that the prefixfission-is present.--pluginparameter that lists out the plugin metadata of the workflows plugin.fission-workflowsinstead ofwfcliNote: given the optional character of the Fission CLI plugins. The workflows CLI is completely standalone and can still be used on its own.
