refactor(create): update screenshots in quick start tutorial

Motivation

The images in the quick start are outdated (because of the changed icon, primary color, etc.). I've taken this chance to move them to the docs directory, so that we can showcase collocation of Markdown assets, which should, really, be the recommended practice.
