Motivation
Turned off
skipLibCheck, fixed some issues, then turned it back on.It was easy to limit the scope of
skipLibCheckso that most declaration files do get checked, but I decided to keep it on anyways, otherwise the performance is worse by 70%.Have you read the Contributing Guidelines on pull requests?
