I'm not sure why the tests are failing since I've only modified a markdown file..

Hello, thanks for the PR!

The README files on this track are typically generated by bin/configlet. The data is primarily sourced from here: https://github.com/exercism/problem-specifications/tree/master/exercises/clock

For Perl specific info e.g. Moo, you'll likely want to create a hints.md file in clock's .meta directory. You can see more info on the readme template here: https://github.com/exercism/configlet

In the bin directory of this repository, there is a fetch-configlet script. Running this should download the configlet for you, allowing you to subsequently run the configlet generate command to automatically fill out the readme.

The travis failure appears to have been a hiccup, but I can investigate further if it continues to occur.
