- Disable the syllabus and concept exercises to normal users.
- Change the `concept exercise` flag to false to disable the syllabus.

Thanks! Everyone - we normally say 10 Concept Exercise to launch a syllabus. I'll just give maintainers a chance to object to this, but I think it's the right thing :) |
