  • remove obsolete file doc/error_codes.md
  • doc/development/api/data_types_api.md:
    • format content as table
    • add default value 16 for HASHTYPE, bytesize
  • doc/development/api/capabilities_list.md: ad table of contents for quicker navigation
  • doc/development/api/scalar_functions_api.md: remove semicolon and period in initial list
  • doc/development/api/virtual_schema_api.md
    • format capabilities as table with columns prefix, references to java file, reference to section in doc/development/api/capabilities_list.md
    • document new field in Pushdown request
