Detecting Pulse from Head Motions in Video

This code is based on the pulse detecting approach introduced in:

http://people.csail.mit.edu/balakg/pulsefromheadmotion.html

This project is written in C/C++ with OpenCV. The compilation requires CMake>2.8.

Please use butter(6, [0.75, 5]/125) in Matlab.
