Initial rendering was throwing exception
…nce per player load, but not when playback changed. - we should bind PLAYBACK_BITRATE to know actual level when running in auto mode. - level from PLAYBACK_BITRATE should be used set button label. - new highlight feature of current level in list.
reload should rebind playback events + button text fix + current level highlight in list
