Since
hivesim-rsis mature now I thought it makes sense to bring it over fromethereum/portal-hiveEven though we would need to update hivesim-rs first before we update the simulators that rely on it that shouldn't be that big of an issue as it is very stable now and I don't need to make constant changes to it. Also that is the same workflow currently done for
hivesimIt is also nice for consistency sake that
hivesim-rslives withhivesiminethereum/hive
